The pool can be heated upon request during the winter months at an extra charge. A gourmet equipped kitchen, and kitchen nook. One of the twin rooms is furnished with a games console, cable TV is in all the bedrooms with On Demand cable TV in the lounge and a DVD for more kid's and family movies. High speed WiFi throughout the villa. Conveniently located just minutes from Disney theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, Hwy 192 and much much more.....

As a visitor to our villa you will have the use of the Indian Wells community facilities which include a large swimming pool with facilities, tennis courts, basketball court, children's play area, picnic / BBQ area and baseball field, all overlooking a landscaped pond just minuets from your holiday home. The pool offers a refreshing and relaxing environment whether after a long day at the parks or a day catching the sun.

All you relaxation needs are catered for with sun loungers, table, side tables, parasol and chairs. The pool and patio have lighting so the area can be utilised at night for entertaining.
