Availability 'n' Bookings How to make a Booking Please send us your vacation dates to check availability of the villa. Don't forget that check-in is after 4pm on date of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is 10am. So if you wish to start your vacation on the final day of a current booking this will probably be OK. Complete the booking form. Or if you have any questions contact us first we will be happy to answer any question you may have. Once we have the booking form we will double check the availability and confirm the total cost of rental along with your provisional vacation dates. On receipt of the booking confirmation we request you send us a non-refundable 20% deposit within 14 days. Once the payment has been received by us we will send you a final confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance of the villa rental and a refundable security deposit (of £150 GPB / $250 US or €180 EURO) is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 12 weeks of arrival at the villa the full balance is due when booking. The security deposit will be refunded 30 days after the end of your vacation as long as the villa is vacated in good order. For full details see terms and conditions.
