The villa is located in a community called Indian Wells. As part of the community all home owners contribute to the up keep of the community facilities this has an added benefit to all our guest in that they to can make use of and enjoy these great facilities whilst vacationing in our villa. The facilities are located a short walk away from the villa, just off Polynesian Isle Boulevard. If you decide not to walk there is a spacious car park for residents use. The facilities are maintained by Indian Wells Home Owners Association. They also take care of opening and locking the facilities at day break and nightfall. Keys for these facilities are available upon request at no extra charge.

The community pool is located in a beautifully enclosed and private tree lined area. Access to the pool is via a locked gate which leads into the changing / restroom area. After you have finished swimming and playing in the water stretch out on one of the loungers and relax. When your ready to move on make use of the changing facilities to shower and cool down out of the Florida sunshine.

If you would like to take some exercise or let the kids burn off some energy or maybe just play a few ball games. The community playground, tennis courts, basketball court and baseball field could be just the thing your looking for. All of the facilities are conveniently located next to each other so some members of the family can play basketball while Mum and Dad relax by the pool!

For all your grocery needs there are two of Florida's' top supermarkets Wal-Mart approx. 3/4 mile from your front door and Publix approx. 1 1/2 miles away. Gasoline, fast food outlets and restaurants are all also within a 1 mile radius from your front door. Plus! if you don't want to go out just order in! Pizza Hut or Domino's usually deliver within 20 mins. of your order.

One of the best things about Orlando is the vast amount of things their are to do and all within such a short distance. From your front door, it's a short car ride or walk to the 192 Hwy, approximately 1/2 mile. Here you will find many restaurants, take outs, fast food outlets, shops etc. however, even better you'll find the 'Old Town' area with many thrill rides and attractions, crazy golf, a PGA golf course, a direct road straight to the Disney theme park front gates (Osceola Parkway). Also, if shopping is what your after the Lake Beuna Vista Outlet Mall is 1 1/2 miles away with the Prestige Premium Outlet Mall just a further 2 miles away.
